This year’s Excelsior Empire Icicle Challenge will be held February 10-11, 2024 at the EXPO CENTER at the New York State Fairgrounds in Syracuse, NY.
- Girls 13-18: $650 per team
- SATURDAY AM Wave: 13,14,15
- SATURDAY PM Wave: 16,17,18
- Boys 14,16,18: February 10 $325 per team
- Coed 12u (Developmental and Non-Developmental): February 11 $325 per team
STAY TO PLAY POLICY
Stay to Play is required for teams outside a 50 mile limit of the venue. 50 mile limit is set by Club Director address. Teams within 50 mile limit must file exemption form.
Teams outside the 50 mile limit must have 10 room nights per team playing in the two day event. There must be 5 room nights for teams playing in one day event.
TEAM ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Teams will be accepted upon credit card payment or receipt of check payable to XLRVA AND confirmation of room nights or exemption.
Refunds will be given for teams dropped prior to January 10, 2024.
EVENT ADMISSION

No outside chairs or food permitted. There will be a full service concession on site.
