Lane has been a player and and assistant coach throughout her career. As a native to the Adirondack Mountains, she played varsity volleyball at Town of Webb and was on an IREVA club team her senior year. She now attends St. Lawrence University, where she played for the Saints for two years, before transitioning to a role as the Student Assistant Coach during her junior year. She also helps her high school team as an assistant coach in during their winter season. Lane is still and a passionate volleyball enthusiast, but competes for the Saints Women’s Golf Team.
