Hello, my name is Nathaniel Shuart, and I am thrilled to introduce myself as a newly appointed member of our region’s Board of Directors. I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to contribute to our region and to promote the growth of our sport.
To give you a brief overview of myself, I am 25 years old and possess a deep passion for volleyball. Over the past seven years, I have had the privilege of coaching at various esteemed institutions, including SUNY Cobleskill, Cobleskill-Richmondville Central School District, Aftershock Volleyball Club, and Strike Valley Volleyball Club.
In light of the recent pandemic, I noticed a significant decline in the skills of our local volleyball enthusiasts due to the disbandment of the area’s volleyball club. This realization prompted me to establish Strike Valley Volleyball Club to foster a fun and safe environment to enhance our community’s volleyball skills. Witnessing the positive impact it has had on our local athletes has been truly rewarding but now I am ready to help out at the regional level and see all athletes in the region grow.
Aside from my coaching endeavors, I also possess expertise in graphic design and marketing. As a result, I am eager to utilize these additional talents to assist our region in any capacity possible. I wholeheartedly believe in the power of collaboration and community involvement, and I am genuinely here to support and help anyone who may require assistance.
